The Point and Rhode Island Deparatment of Elderly Affairs (RIDEA) have a strong collaborative history of providing important resources and services in the community to adults with disabilities and elders.  Our collaboration and partnership with Rhode Island Center for Law & Public Policy (RICLAPP) is the next logical step in developing and expanding a strong system of legal information outreach that enhances and simplifies the process by which adults with disabilities and elders access appropriate legal information.

We are encouraged that this joint initiative of Rhode Island Center for Law & Public Policy (RICLAPP) and The POINT will assist the State in further promoting access to legal services throughout the state to all Rhode Island elders and adults with disabilities and/or their caregivers.
