Volunteer Attorney Program:

RICLAPP is seeking to expand its network of pro bono attorneys. This is a great opportunity for attorneys to hone their skills in many different areas of law including probate, end of life planning, landlord-tenant, foreclosure prevention, SSI and SSDI, business, education, employment, and consumer protection.  

RICLAPP provides the mentoring and support needed to ensure that both the attorney and client are satisfied.

Legal Internships:

RICLAPP is accepting applications for fall interns currently enrolled in law school. Interns working for RICLAPP will have the benefit of assisting on a wide variety of cases including probate, end of life planning, landlord-tenant, foreclosure prevention, SSI and SSDI, business, education, employment, and consumer protection.  Interns will also contribute to RICLAPP's news blog and may conduct research on RICLAPP's chosen policy issues.  Excellent legal research and writing skills are necessary.   Interns must also have an interest in working in the public sector. 

College Internships:

RICLAPP accepts student interns that have an interest in working in the human services sector of the non-profit world.  RICLAPP's program requires that interns work a minimum of 8 hours per week during fall or spring semesters and a minimum of 16 hours per week during summer internships.
